The Therapeutic Needling Institute (TNI) provides structured, clinically grounded education in Therapeutic Needling techniques for the treatment of myofascial trigger points. Our goal is to produce resources for clinicians who value clear frameworks, sound clinical reasoning, and the ability to apply principles directly in practice.

In addition to formal educational content, TNI supports applied learning through MSKexperts.com, a clinician-only platform developed to facilitate real-world case discussion and peer-to-peer clinical reasoning. MSKexperts.com is intended to complement structured education on TNI by supporting application, reflection, and dialogue—it is not a substitute for formal instruction.

Your membership supports the continued development of high-quality educational material, platform infrastructure, and community-based clinical dialogue, while allowing TNI to remain sustainable and responsive to the evolving needs of clinicians with diverse learning styles and practice patterns.

Professional Membership is designed for clinicians seeking ongoing education, skill refinement, regular new content, and full participation in the broader TNI learning ecosystem.

Includes:

• Full access to all current Therapeutic Needling online educational content

• Full access to all newly released Therapeutic Needling online content

• Founding Clinical Membership status, with opportunities to share feedback and provide suggestions that help shape the platform, expand educational offerings, and develop new features

• Full access to our interactive platform, MSKexperts.com, including the ability to post cases, participate in discussions, and engage via email-integrated threads

• Priority access and discounted rates, when applicable, to future educational offerings beyond Therapeutic Needling

• Discounted rates for future in-person courses, workshops, certifications, and select educational materials (e.g., ultrasound-guided procedures and courses on related topics)

Important Details:

• The membership initiation fee is non-refundable.

• Membership may be canceled at any time.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

• Members who cancel and later wish to rejoin will be subject to the membership terms and any initiation or other fees in effect at that time.

Why an initiation fee?

TNI is an evolving educational ecosystem rather than a one-time informational product. The initiation fee supports content creation, platform development, MSKexperts.com infrastructure, and long-term curriculum growth. It also allows the platform to remain independent and free of advertising, so that educational priorities are guided by clinical value rather than commercial influence. This member-supported model helps ensure that resources remain relevant, meaningful, and responsive to real-world practice. Together, these elements allow TNI to support a wide range of learning approaches—from focused, short-term exploration to deeper, ongoing engagement—while remaining sustainable and continually improving.

Return on Investment

Clinicians who incorporate Therapeutic Needling into routine clinical care often offset the cost of membership relatively quickly. While remuneration rates, insurance coverage, and business models vary, treating a small number of patients is typically sufficient to cover the one-time initiation fee, and incorporating even a single therapeutic needling case per month commonly exceeds the ongoing monthly membership cost. In addition, the ability to post questions and review peer responses on MSKexperts.com can meaningfully enhance clinical decision-making and patient care.
